1. What is AOVN?

3. Determination of the results of Avon's factory inspection
The results of the Avon audit are divided into four results: green light, yellow light, orange light and red light.
1. Green light: All the results of Avon's factory inspection meet the requirements of Avon's factory inspection;
2 Yellow light: It means that the problem with high risk or medium risk meets the requirements of Avon's factory inspection, or the medium risk problem does not meet the requirements of Avon's factory inspection. The audited factory must submit a Corrective Plan (CAP) within 15 days, which is required to be completed in English and the improvement plan must be completed within 90 days;
3. Orange light: It means that the problem with serious risk meets the requirements of Avon's factory inspection, or there is a high risk problem that does not meet the requirements of Avon's factory inspection. The corrective action plan must be submitted within 15 days. A follow-up review is usually required within 60 to 90 days to assess the correctness of the problem;
4. Red light: It means that there is a serious risk problem that does not meet the requirements of Avon's factory inspection.
