3, Staple inspection card punching matters
How should Staple check the factory work time? Brand inspection is generally a social responsibility audit, that is, a human rights inspection factory. The most difficult and most error-prone place for human rights audits is the issue of attendance pay. Some factories have made such mistakes, that is, attendance does not work overtime on weekends, but employees talk about overtime on Saturdays during employee interviews. As a result, the auditor was suspicious of the authenticity of the attendance. Attention should be paid to the following issues when Staple is inspecting the factory preparation card:
1. Can't have a record of 7 consecutive days of work. A seven-day break and a one-day break are different concepts. Some inspections accept 7 days off, and some do not. For example, ICTI certification only accepts the form of one week off and does not accept 7 days off. Of course, it cannot be said that the Staple inspection factory absolutely does not accept such a rest system, because with the different production volumes in the off-season season, sometimes the rules of the inspection list will change, and the relevant departments of the factory should pay attention to it;
2. The total number of days to go to work, the total number of hours of overtime work, and the total number of overtime hours on rest days are clearly written on the work card to facilitate the calculation of wages and inspections;
3. If you do not apply to the Labor Bureau for extension of overtime work, the overtime hours cannot exceed 36 hours per month. If you apply for overtime approval, the monthly overtime can reach 72 hours (Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, work overtime) 2 hours, 8 hours overtime on Saturday, rest on Sunday);
4. There can be no unified punching records, that is, there can be no employees who have the same commute time for several consecutive days. This rule is to prevent attendance and punch card fraud. The Staple factory inspection is not as simple as it is supposed to be, because there are various unexpected situations in the factory, which is difficult to avoid whether it is fully prepared in the early stage of the factory. However, one thing to be explained is that the factory has invited the inspection and guidance company plus its own active preparation. Even if there are still uncontrollable factors, the probability of passing the inspection will inevitably increase significantly.
